After several years of dealing with all levels of &*%%&^ government and spending way too much money on permits and attorneys, we were finally able to build with one condition...we could not exceed the footprint so we had to go straight up. We are both avid Michgan State Spartans fans and, until we started working on this place, had season tickets for many years.
